2nd day of my 2 day membership. No access after payment. No customer service response.

Absolute bullshit.

In summary, I would not recommend Roommate Nation to a friend.

Thought maybe it wasn't. Turns out the website doesn't work, it will time out if you try to contact any listings. Most listings are fake. Costumer support doesn't work, no one to call or email, just a contact form that also times out and errors.

Avoid. I lost ten dollars to this. Don't waste your time.

In summary, I would not recommend Roommate Nation to a friend.

How can this site even exist?

1. Can't search by Active dates or Desired Move-In dates
2. Can only search by Zip or City. Not by State or Region
3. When you sign up, the last step is to sign up for some kind of $$$package ... which you can skip if you click the login button toward the top right of the page ... otherwise, you'll become convinced pretty quickly that you have to sign up for some kind of a plan.

Whoever designed this site lives in a dark room and has no social skills. Time to find a new day job, buddy.

This site is a total freaking scam and there is no way to contact customer service to get your money back. I’m extremely pissed off myself and I’m sure others are trying to find a place and don’t have the money to waste. This is really messed up and some bullshit. They need to take this site down ASAP

Beware !!!! This is a scam site. It's all adds from people who have been spammed and cannot delete their add and profile. No real communication is going on. They stole my money.
The list has all those who have become a victim. There is no way you ca delete your listing and your profile. You can NOT get any communication from the site owner.

DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM

Do not waste your money. Some of the ads are almost 10 years old and they will not contact you about refunding money.

Joined roommatenation easy enough but sent out around 20 messages to customers and them half dozen to customer support and NEVER received a response. Joined for life time and paid the fee only to be RIPPED OFF. Total waste of time and money. SCAM!!!!!!
