Your "matches" aren't even looking to live in the same city as you, that is, if you even get past the bug that wont let your ad post. Customer service is corrupt. They say that they are out to protect your privacy, but they wont delete your account and destroy your information after you tell them to. Need I say more? I easily could.

In summary, I would not recommend Easy Roommate USA to a friend.

You have to pay to become a premium member, otherwise there is no way to communicate with the perspective tenants, or roommates. Also they mixed the area to broaden the match, which is not helpful for real. But they will send you the email (from the website) to tell you how many persons are match, to let you think worth paying to become the premium member, otherwise you cannot contact anyone.

In summary, I would not recommend Easy Roommate USA to a friend.

I have had a easy roommate account for over 5 months with absolutely no luck what so ever.

First I want to say that if you do not have a upgraded account you are toast. I had wrote plenty of people with some responses you cannot read unless you pay money to upgrade. All you get with the free account is to look at all of the ads and reply to them which then if you even get a response you will not be able to read it anyways so that is pointless. I am very upset I have multiple messages in my inbox now that cannot be read until I upgrade my account. This site is not completely free it's a waste of time and effort then everyday they flood your email with stupid updates and bs about new profiles that match what I am looking for. I log in and it's the same bs I seen the day before.

This website is a total waste do not even waste your time and effort! I am looking to save money not spend extra $$!!

In summary, I would not recommend Easy Roommate USA to a friend.
